  • Problem framing and product requirements
  • Prototype evolution and guided demonstration design
  • Validation planning across stakeholder and browser testing

Approach

  • Model a visible decision chain from signal to monitored action
  • Use anonymized examples to test comprehension and flow
  • Create a deterministic walkthrough with pause and return controls

Solution

  • Operational risk detection, root-cause analysis, financial exposure, and scenario planning
  • Recommended mitigation actions, task creation, and execution monitoring
  • AI navigator, multilingual interface, guided demo mode, active-step focus, and demo validation

Product or Delivery Decisions

  • The central flow is Live Signal → Problem → Root Cause → Operational Impact → Financial Impact → Recommendation → Task → Execution Monitoring
  • Guided demonstrations are deterministic so stakeholders can validate the same decision journey

Validation
