Inventory Control and 1C Reconciliation MVP
A Telegram and web-based inventory-control MVP designed to improve timeliness and accountability of stock movements while retaining 1C UT as the system of record.
Overview
A Telegram and web-based inventory-control MVP designed to improve timeliness and accountability of stock movements while retaining 1C UT as the system of record.
Context
The product specification balances rapid operational entry with administration, reporting, and import-ready data structure.
Problem
Stock movements need timely, accountable operational entry while 1C UT remains the system of record.
My Responsibility
- MVP specification and workflow design
- Product-identity decision making
- Requirements, prioritization, and validation planning
Approach
- Use a canonical identity to prevent duplicate product records
- Design button-based and product-list workflows where practical
- Separate monthly source uploads from daily operational movement entry
Solution
- Telegram operational data entry and web administration/reporting
- Monthly opening-balance upload from 1C through Excel
- Receipts, transfers, consumption, remaining-stock entry, individual accountability, Excel reports, and import-ready data
Product or Delivery Decisions
- The 1C product code is the canonical product identity
- Names, abbreviations, and synonyms are search and usability layers—not separate products
- Direct 1C UT and electronic-invoice integration remain roadmap items
Validation
- Specification review of product identity and accountable stock-movement workflows
- Planned validation of operational usability and report readiness during development
Outcomes or Intended Outcomes
Prototype outcome
A defined MVP model for structured stock movement and reconciliation preparation.
Planned functionality
Direct 1C UT and electronic-invoice integrations are future roadmap items, not implemented features.
Expected impact
Clearer operational accountability and more timely data for control and reporting.
Current Status
